In 2008, she graduated with honors from the Lomonosov Pomor State University (specializing in environmentalist-user of natural resources).

In 2013, after completing her postgraduate studies at the Northern (Arctic) Federal University, she defended her thesis for the degree of PhD (Geographical Sciences) "Assessment of the impact of local sources of pollution and long-range transport on the formation of the ionic composition of atmospheric precipitation and snow cover in the coastal zone of the western sector of the Arctic" in specialty 25.00.36 "Geoecology" (scientific adviser - V. Korobov, DSc (Geographical Sciences).

For 8 years she had been working in the Northern Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring as a leading ecologist, specializing in the study of water quality in water bodies in the European part of Russia.

Since 2011, in different periods, she worked part-time at the North-West Branch of the IO RAS, participating in the study of the composition of the snow cover within the framework of state assignments. Since 2020 - Director of the North-West Branch of the IO RAS.

Associate Professor of the Department of Geography and Hydrometeorology of the Higher School of Natural Sciences and Technologies of S(A)FU.

Member of the Academic Council and Deputy Chairman of the Arkhangelsk Regional Branch (Center) of the Russian Geographical Society. Technical expert of the Federal Service for Accreditation, a freelance expert of the state ecological expertise.
