Engineer - mathematician, programmer, database developer.
In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow State Aviation Institute (Technical University) with a degree in applied mathematics, qualification engineer-mathematician. From 1994 to 1997 he studied at the postgraduate school of the Moscow Aviation Institute, specializing in applied mathematics.From 1994 to 2001 he worked in a number of commercial companies in information and technical departments as a programmer and systems analyst in the automation department, was engaged in the development of application and system software using C ++ and Java languages, data banks based on Oracle DBMS.He has been working at the Institute of Oceanology since 2001 as a software engineer, and since 2008 as a chief designer. For a short time at the Institute, he became a highly qualified specialist in the field of information technology and the design of marine equipment, is a leading designer and developer of the OceanDB database, leads a group of developers and is a responsible executor of a project commissioned by Roshydromet - the Unified System of Information on the Situation in the World Ocean ( ESIMO).
Author of 10 scientific publications, took part in 4 Russian and 2 International scientific conferences, underwent training (advanced training) on the international project SeaDataNet in Belgium in 2008.
