Leading researcher of Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences Dmitry Glukhovets successfully completed training under the program for the development of the management personnel reserve of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. The ceremonial completion of the program took place at the Senezh Management Workshop on June 4, 2025.

Participants include heads of scientific organizations, laboratories, leading specialists of universities, heads of technology companies from 28 subjects of Russia. The program is implemented within the framework of national projects of Russia on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on the basis of the Presidential Academy's Higher School of Public Administration and the Sirius National Technical University, in partnership with leading Russian educational centers.

The program included four modules:

1. The program started on March 12, 2025, in the federal territory "Sirius" with a focus on the strategy for the development of science and higher education. Participants listened to speeches by representatives of the Sirius administration, and also visited the laboratory complex and the bobsleigh track. The culmination was the speech of E.V. Shmeleva and Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education D.S. Sekirinsky, which ended with project sessions.
2. The second module classes were held at RANEPA. The program included master classes on project management, discussions on the role of science in public policy and interaction with business. Particular attention was paid to the practice of implementing national projects and anti-corruption regulation.
3. The third module took place in St. Petersburg. The participants visited the Mining University, the Mariinsky Theatre and the State Russian Museum, where they listened to lectures by Rector V.S. Litvinenko on Russia's resource strategy and by Hermitage Director M.B. Piotrovsky on cultural management. The technological part of the program was covered in speeches by representatives of Rosatom, Gazprom Neft and TsAGI.
4. The final stage in the Senezh Management Workshop was dedicated to the presentation of projects prepared during the training. Participants underwent intensive preparation for the defense, studied trends in engineering education and mechanisms for financing science. The module ended with a public defense of projects, the presentation of certificates and a ceremonial closing.
