A. Muratov was born in 1986 in Moscow.

Education

In 2008, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MSIEM) (Technical University) with a degree in Computers, Complexes, Systems and Networks, and was qualified as an engineer.

2008–2010 studied at the MSIEM postgraduate course in the specialty of computers, complexes, systems and networks. In his postgraduate years, he worked as an assistant teacher of the department, lectured and conducted a laboratory workshop on the course "Databases".

2018–2019 advanced training without interruption from the main job at the Higher School of Economics in the specialty "bioinformatics".

 Production and scientific support work

In 2011–2015 works as an automated control system engineer and system administrator in the construction company DSK-1.

From 2016 to the present, he has been working at the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology in the Department of Information Technology, as a senior engineer, leading engineer, chief specialist, and since 2022 - deputy head of the IT Department.

In the IT Department, he manages the network support service (established in 1997), which ensures the operation and round-the-clock monitoring of the Institute's computer network 24/7/365 days a year.

Responsible for the following sections of the IT Department:

• IO RAS mail server administration;
• ensuring the functioning of information resources of the IO RAS on the Internet (hosting);
• administration of information and reference systems "Garant", "Consultant";
• maintaining databases of information products of the Institute, published by the IO RAS Publishing House on the doi.ocean.ru resource server;
• administration of virtual machines hosted in the cluster of the Data Center of the IO RAS;
• administration of document management systems of AUP with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation;
  administration of multimedia and video conferencing systems.
