Field and academic experience:
Participation in 12 research cruises (2011-2024) in the South Atlantic on RV Akademik Ioffe, Akademik Nikolay Strakhov, Akademik Mstislav Keldysh (as Head of group and Deputy Head of the expedition).
Participation in 5 complex coastal-marine expeditions in the Black Sea in 2012-2016 as head of group.
Participation on the ECORD Summer School 2017 “Current-Controlled Sea Floor Archives: Coral Mounds and Contourites” (Bremen. Germany)
Focus areas of research:
The echo-facies analysis and lithological study of Neogen-Quaternary deposits in the Central and South Atlantic; investigation of the interplay between along-slope (current-controlled) and gravity-driven down-slope sedimentation processes; multi-sensor core-logging;
