In 2012 he graduated from the Department of Environmental Management of the Geographical Faculty of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and entered graduate school at Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of RAS, where since 2011 he worked as a senior laboratory assistant in the laboratory of physico-geological studies. In 2015 he graduated from graduate school and was transferred to the position of a junior research fellow. He is the author of over 15 scientific papers, including 8 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Research interests and main scientific results:

Geochemical processes of modern sedimentation and sedimentation in the White Sea. Forms of finding trace elements.

The features of the geochemical behavior of trace elements in the surface layer and cores of bottom sediments of the White Sea have been established according to their forms of occurrence. The forms of occurrence of trace elements at the stage of sedimentation of sedimentary matter in the White Sea have been studied for the first time.

A quantitative assessment of the processes that determine the accumulation of trace elements in sedimentary matter and bottom sediments makes it possible to link the initial stages of marine sedimentation in the White Sea: the mobilization of sedimentary material in the water column and the transition to a concentrated form of bottom sediment at the water-bottom boundary.
