On the Day of Russian Science, Vladimir Putin presented awards in the field of science and innovation for young scientists for 2022. Then the head of state invited scientists for a talk. The solemn ceremony took place in the Kremlin.

Among the award recipients is Alexander Osadchiev, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences from the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, whose work is devoted to the study of oceanological processes in the seas of the Russian Arctic.
