The article presents the results of the innovative development of the Vinci automatic profiling probe, designed to perform regular soundings of the upper active layer of the sea, shelf waters and inland waters. The device is equipped with a STD probe, a fluorimeter, a turbidimeter and a fast oxygen sensor. The Vinci is equipped with a mobile telephone modem for transmitting measurement data when the device ascends to the surface of the water. Sea tests were carried out at the Gelendzhik Test Site of the Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences and in the waters of the Utrish Nature Reserve in the Black Sea, and a full cycle of lake tests was carried out in the Moscow region at the Hydrobiological Station "Deep Lake" of the Institute of Ecology and Ecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
